Cool, frozen and refreshing and FULL of healthy fats. We made this one without alcohol but alcohol can be added for an adult beverage.

Cut top of pineapple off, scoop out as much of the fresh pineapple as you can making it hollow. Put fresh pineapple juice in blender with coconut milk, 1 banana and 1 cup frozen pineapple. Blend until frozen. Pour frozen mixture back into hollow pineapple and enjoy!
