Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
USPS shipping is free and orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
UPS orders are shipped same business day if placed before 3 pm EST. UPS orders placed after 3 pm EST or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
ATLRx ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged/Lost Packages and Fulfillment Issues:
ATLRx is not liable for any products lost/damaged during shipping. If you believe your order has been lost or was damaged in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.
If you are missing an item from your order or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and photos if applicable.

Dawsonville Outlet Pickup:
Please note this location is not a retail location, but for online order pickup only. Please select Dawsonville Outlet Pickup as your shipping method. You will receive an email when your order is available for pickup. Dawsonville pickup hours are Monday thru Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM
