This health-conscious yet fun and festive elixir features kombucha, apple cider, and pumpkin! Kombucha has many health benefits and stimulates the immune system. It supports gut health and fights bacteria and also contains a powerful compound called glucosamine, which can help those with arthritis. The antioxidants present in the kombucha look out for free radicals and neutralize their effects, thereby repairing and protecting the body from chronic diseases and inflammation.
We can’t pass up on our side kick either, pumpkin. Pumpkin is an excellent source of Vitamin A and is abundant in fiber and potassium. Carotenoids, the compounds that give pumpkins their bright orange color, are powerful antioxidants that play an important role in disease prevention. This festive punch not only is tasty but your body will thank you while you’re drinking it!

Punch Recipe:
24oz spiced apple cider
8oz ginger or original GTS kombucha
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp agave
4 tbs pumpkin puree
Mix ingredients in a shaker or bowl, stir occasionally so the pumpkin does not separate. Serve in a pumpkin with dry ice around the perimeter to get a spooky look!
