CBD has been shown to help with: cancer, epilepsy, neurodegenerative disorders, anxiety, depression, alleviates pain, and has antibacterial /anti-fungal properties. Other research identifies how CBD may inhibit inflammatory and neuropathic pain, which are difficult treat. But CBD is not a dietary supplement nor a cure-all as some place may say. We provide you the facts and then let you make the decision for yourself if it’s helping you. CBD has been touted for a wide variety of health issues, but the strongest scientific evidence is for its effectiveness in treating some of the cruelest childhood epilepsy syndromes, such as Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), which typically don’t respond to antiseizure medications. In numerous studies conducted, CBD was able to reduce the number of seizures, and, in some cases, stop them altogether. Epidiolex, which contains CBD, is the first cannabis-derived medicine approved by the FDA for these conditions. But it is here where we still leave off. There hasn’t been enough conclusive information to make it fit the mold as “medicinal” despite accounts.

Yes, CBD Hemp Flower is legal. This took place with the passing of the Farm Bill of 2018. This allowed for the growing of Hemp Flower, and its distribution across state lines. Prior to this, CBD Hemp Flower was considered a schedule I controlled substance. It’s important to understand that the Food and Drug Administration does not regulate the CBD market. Please understand that hemp and even CBD products are targeted by frauds looking to make a quick buck.

Yes, CBD Hemp Flower is safe. It is non-addictive and non-toxic. The worst of the side effects will be nausea, fatigue and irritability. The concern that often comes up is that CBD has been sold as a supplement, not a cure all. It does have medicinal properties. This is a problem for a lot of people because the CBD industry is unregulated. In such a saturated market, there will always be those who don’t give their best to their customers. The endocannabinoid system is a universal function that all mammals share. There are a massive number of receptors throughout our bodies that are split in specific places They have a major impact on us, their roles touch base with all of our body system. The neural functions from learning, memory, learning and addiction are tract in the ECS. There are two different groups CB1 and CB2. CB1 is the most prominent--having oversight on a majority of the system. CB1 handles a majority of the system--the peripheral nervous system, the central nervous system, pituitary gland and thyroid. But that doesn’t dumb down the importance of the CB2 receptors by any means. For one, CB2 provides you with therapeutic effects--that includes the psychoactive effects. The CB2 oversees the immune system, gastrointestinal, metabolism, muscles and bones. It even shares some of the responsibilities with the CB1 in the central nervous system. The discovery of this system wasn’t too long ago so there is still so much to learn about. We do know that together, they’re the ultimate duo--making us feel better when we need it. CBD flower provides us with several important cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. These interact with our bodies in a variety of ways. One of the main ways is by mimicking and augmenting the effects of the compounds in our bodies called “endogenous cannabinoids” named so because of their similarity to compounds found in the cannabis plant. These “endocannabinoids” are part of what scientists refer to as the “endocannabinoid system”.

Interestingly enough, Harvard research found that CBD can help lower nicotine cravings for tobacco. And it can even help with overall addiction, lessening the cravings for opiates, alcohol and stimulants. However, CBD Hemp Flower has to be smoked or vaped so it may not be the best route to go if you would like to avoid smoking altogether.

Industrial Hemp and Premium quality CBD Hemp differ quite a bit. Industrial Hemp is exactly as it sounds—as if we are in a dated form of production that is meant to fill a void. Industrial is grown in heavy clusters that degrade the Hemp Flower. These flowers don’t get the proper nutrition so what you’re left with is a product that isn’t reaching its full potential—even straying you away from Hemp Flower. It isn’t odd for these industrial growers to use pesticides, or products with solvents and metals. Premium quality is grown in small batches that receive the proper attention that they deserve. We use organic Non-GMO CBD Hemp flower that is grown indoors. This makes certain that we are delivering the purest quality CBD Hemp Flower without the risk of degradation.

CBD works with your body’s Endocannabinoid System to encourage your body to naturally produce more cannabinoids which in turn allows you to live a healthier lifestyle and alleviate a variety of symptoms without relying on pharmaceuticals and their side effects. insomnia, anxiety, and many of the other conditions that CBD is believed to help alleviate.

Yes, CBD can help with anxiety. According to Harvard Health after examining a vast amount of Studies, clinical trials, as well as animal studies and self-reports that CBD can reduce anxiety. CBD is often said to be more about what you don’t feel. Although, you may not notice that the symptoms have dissipating because of the CBD. It is important to understand that CBD is more of an experimental process. Not everyone will need as much, similar to reactions to THC—everyone is different.

The beauty of CBD is that the side effects are brief if they show up. These side effects can include nausea, fatigue, irritability, dry mouth, upset stomach, drowsiness, lightheadedness and general disorientation. For a majority of the reported side effects it came down to fatigue and sleepiness. If you are on any prescription medications, please let your physician know that you are using CBD Hemp Flower.

CBD comes in many forms at ATLRx, including our CBD Oil tinctures, CBD Gummies, CBD beverages, CBD Capsules, CBD Edibles (for the baked good lovers), Vapes, and our own CBD topicals such as our Salve and CBD Lotions for skin repair and other medicinal purposes. All of these forms of consumption have different purposes and dosages depending on what you’re looking to get out CBD Hemp Flower.

It’s important to understand the reality that CBD is a cannabinoid that carries traces of other cannabinoids with it. The gathering of all of these cannabinoids is called Full Spectrum because you’re are reaping the benefits of all of those cannabinoids. Of those cannabinoids, one is THC. Although, we keep our THC levels below the legal limit of 0.3%--this cannot allow us at ATLRx to tell you that you would pass a drug test. There aren’t any products that we carry that can promise that.

ATLRx has focused on our personal favorite CBD Hemp Flower Strains. A strain is certain kind of variant. It accounts for taste, smell, and the therapeutic effects that you feel. For example, our CBD Hemp Flower Northern Lights is more sedative, it has a pine flavor with notes of citrus and pepper. We carry Zkittles, Cookies, Skywalker OG and Lifter. They tend to differ through soil, temperature, climate. Some are fragile and difficult to grow while others seem impossible to destroy since they can weather Mother Nature’s ferocity.

Higher temperatures and higher humidity can suck the life out of your buds—drying them out and causing the terpenes to make their exit through the process of evaporation. But don't throw the flower into the freezer either. Freezing temperatures will damage the sticky trichomes; this damage will degrade the potency of the flower. As far as storing space, anywhere that is dark will do. So, technically, I wasn't too far off by throwing my flower into my sock drawer. I guess that was better than leaving them on my dresser, which receives direct sunlight because buds get sunburned like our buds do. If they do get too much exposure to the sunlight, they cannot give you their peak performance. Humidity is tricky in Atlanta, considering it usually sticks around 54 percent on average. The best humidity is between 59 and 63 percent for flowers. Refrigerators are a no-go because the humidity inside sticks around 65 percent. Glass will always be the best storage for flower and edibles. Of course, there is a medicine container, but please leave these at home. That's bad news waiting to happen. Realistically, no one's saving a dime for six months unless that strain gives you a tour of heaven. Sure, an excessive amount of moisture can lead to mold—quickly too. To maintain moisture, place a slice of bread inside of the jar but not for too long. Mason jars that hang out in the dark are great. Dark glass is even better, though. Mason jars that are covered with duct tape are the best.
