North Dakota CBD
North Dakota runs its own hemp program and allows a defined list of products: hemp fiber, untreated cured flower, processed hemp seed, and CBD and CBG products in broad-spectrum, full-spectrum, or isolate form. Products outside that list, including chemically derived cannabinoids such as Delta 8 THC, THC-O, HHC and THCP, and inhalants such as vapes and vape cartridges, are not permitted, which is why you won't find them in our North Dakota lineup. State law also requires hemp products to be tested, with the total THC result shown on the certificate of analysis and the product label. We test every batch, so that number is easy to find before you order.
A federal statutory change enacted in November 2025 narrows the definition of hemp so that a finished product with more than 0.4 mg of total THC per container no longer qualifies. Total THC includes THCA. It is currently scheduled to take effect on November 12, 2026, though pending appropriations legislation would move most of those provisions to December 11, 2026. We are reviewing our full lineup against that cap and will update this page as the requirements are finalized.
