Gearing up for the 4th
Along with the epidemic that has hit us in 2020, Stress & anxiety is also an epidemic. It is one of the most widespread and debilitating conditions in the world, yet many people act as if it is completely natural. There are a LOT of things going on in this world right now - As 4th of July is approaching, we want y’all to have the most fun with fireworks and family while also bringing awareness to your nervous system health and how impacted it may be during everything that’s going on in the world.
Our physical bodies may be a little more alert and on edge lately so its super important to be thinking about a CBD protocol for the 4th of July. De-stressing our bodies to relax and not be so unconsciously tense is more important than you’d think. With the 4th approaching, we will hear a lot of loud noises in the sky. We may be around more people than we have been in quite some time do to quarantining (if you are attending a party or barbecue). We recommend bringing our tinctures with you. Start today by putting a dropper full of our tincture under your tongue morning and evening, then continue tomorrow when you wake up. If you are going to be around a lot of people, be gentle with yourself if things seem like sensory overload - We have been quarantined for a few months, being around many people while loud bangs happen in the sky, may be a lot to handle for some.
Also, don’t forget about your four legged friends either! Make sure they are set up with our tinctures or dog treats as well. Pets can get very frightened by the loud bangs so remembering to look out for them during this holiday is paramount!
