After trying different Delta THC numbers, Delta 8, Indica strain, works best for me, for sleep. Delta 9, WILL make you high, which is ok, IF you want that, but it doesn't help me sleep at all.

I usually get the 30 mg and split them to 15mg doses. When splitting these in quarters to make 15mg doses the potency is less than experienced with half of the 30 mg gummies. These gummies were also stuck together and inconsistently molded.
Not the greatest taste and a little harsh for me.
Noticed different potency between one equal dose to the next. The ones that were on point were excellent.
Unequal results from one dose to the next. Some almost as if the magic got left out.
I use the isolate with my edibles. Strong and lasts a whinier. I would recommend.
A couple of these in the evening help me sleep.
