Purchase CBD in West Virginia

Grab your favorite CBD in West Virginia from ATLRx and skip the guesswork. Hemp-derived CBD is legal to buy in West Virginia when it contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis under W. Va. Code §19-12E-12, and no prescription is required. Our CBD is lab-tested, clearly labeled, and ships free to West Virginia customers on orders over $49.

West Virginia is a 21+ state for hemp-derived cannabinoid products, so we verify your age at checkout before anything ships. Ordering online also means you can read the third-party lab report and the label at your own pace, compare strengths, and have it delivered to your door.

West Virginia CBD

View all CBD Products

West Virginia runs its hemp program through the Commissioner of Agriculture. Sellers, including out-of-state businesses shipping in must be permitted, and every product sold to a West Virginia consumer needs a state-approved label. That is a higher bar than most states set, and it works in your favor: what reaches your door has been through it.

West Virginia also offers medical cannabis to qualifying patients, but no card is needed for hemp CBD. Separately, a federal statutory change enacted in November 2025 narrows the definition of hemp so that finished products above 0.4 mg of total THC per container — total THC includes THCA no longer qualify. It is currently scheduled to take effect in November 2026, though pending legislation would move that to December 11, 2026. We are reviewing our full lineup against that cap and will update this page as the requirements are finalized.
