Important: Smokable THCa Flower Is Not Legal in Indiana
Indiana bans smokable hemp at the state level, and that ban includes THCa flower and pre-rolls. Smokable hemp is defined as a product containing not more than 0.3% delta-9 THC, including its precursors and derivatives, in a form that allows THC to be inhaled into the body. THCa flower falls under that definition.
Manufacturers, distributors, and possessors of smokable hemp are charged with a Class A misdemeanor. This applies regardless of whether the flower is federally compliant (under 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight). For this reason, ATLRx does not ship smokable THCa flower or pre-rolls to Indiana addresses. Buying it elsewhere and shipping it into the state does not change its status under Indiana law.
