We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from your purchase date to start a return or exchange.

Before You Ship Anything Back

Contact us first at support@atlrx.com or 1-855-420-8278. We’ll walk you through the process and provide written return authorization — items shipped back without prior authorization from us will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility

• Limited to one return or exchange per customer.
• Products must be unopened. Because these are ingestible/consumable products, we can’t accept opened items back into inventory for safety reasons — this isn’t a taste-preference return policy.
• No restocking fee on approved returns.
• Return shipping is free. Once your return has been authorized we supply the return label at no cost to you.
• Products purchased through a third-party retailer or distributor must be returned to that original point of purchase, not to ATLRx directly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, tell us right away with your order number and photos — we’ll make it right and this doesn’t count against the one-return limit above.

Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days. We may ask for brief feedback about the product as part of the return so we can keep improving.
